Summer is here! From mild Summer days, to scorching heat waves, the season provides us with lots of outdoor activities for the whole family. Unfortunately, your feet are vulnerable under the wrath of the Sun’s rays. As the weather warms, we’re more inclined to head for water. So it’s time to slip, slop, slap the SPF over any exposed areas - including your feet! The feet are often neglected during the morning sunscreen ritual, when they’re so important to cover up! Burnt feet can feel very painful to walk on or wear shoes with. Peeling skin or blisters can be extremely uncomfortable when rubbing against your footwear. Plus, you may be left with some unattractive tan lines! Just remember to apply an even layer of SPF on your feet before exposing them to the sun.
